"Dear Doctor Jackson, The information I found on the Web seemed credible. It made sense to me that treating the ear would be more effective than drugging the body. I called your office. Immediately following the first treatment I felt a bit of relief. I was able to ride back to Dallas without the blanket over my head that shielded me on my ride down to meet you. Each week brought a little more relief. By the end of the eight-week treatment the nausea stopped. The vertigo was gone, event the constant ringing. An increased loss of hearing in my left ear was a small price to pay. I drove the five hours home. I'm not 100%, nor did I expect to be. But I can drive. I can do my woodworking. I can walk the dogs again. I can go out to dinner or visit with friends without enduring a week of misery afterwards. I want to thank you for taking me on as a patient and for listening, which you do so completely. I want to commend your staff; they were attentive, professional and friendly. You gave me back my life. Yours truly, Brian W. Schultz"
"Dear Dr. Jackson: She thinks the world of you, and I do too. Please take some time off and have a nice lunch, so well deserved! Gratefully yours,
"Dear Dr. Jackson, I wish you and your staff continued success. Most sincerely,
